Tube and Pipe Tooling 

A machine set used to produce high frequency welded tubes and stainless pipes often requires different roll types, including a forming roll (preforming roll), finish forming roll (guide roll), squeeze roll, grinding roll, sizing roll and Turks head roll. Here at Jiangsu, we provide them all. Our rolls are extensively used in the production of welded tubes and pipes used in a variety of applications, including petroleum pipelines, natural gas pipelines, water pipelines, furniture, electric towers, automobiles, nuclear power plants, boats, bridges, buildings, metal doors and windows, air conditioners, expressway guardrails, and railway tracks for public transportation.

The tubes are all available in a variety of specifications. The diameter of circular tubes ranges from 5 to 762mm, and the length of square and rectangular pipes varies from 10 to 1,000mm. The longest roll available from us is 3,250mm long, with a weight up to 10 tons.

The hardness is HRC58-62 (except for the squeeze roll with HRC48-55), while the forging ratio is 1:4 or 1:5.

We are capable of producing this type of roll using a variety of different materials, including GCr15, 9Cr2Mo, Cr12, 86CrMoV7, Cr12MoV, D2 (SKD11), MC3, MC5, H13, SKD61 or high chromium alloy, allowing customers to choose which they need based on actual working conditions.
